HR CONSULTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides expertise on a broad and comprehensive range of human resources activities, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, talent development, employment transactions, policy compliance, and other related HR functional areas.
Serves as a first point-of-contact for our clients regarding HR concerns, needs and issues; evaluates situations, navigates and directs clients to the various resources available; partners with Lead Consultant for specialty areas across the team to address organizational needs.
Provides advice to clients regarding adherence to applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as policies and procedures; identifies innovative solutions and options to address complex human resource management issues.
Assists clients, as needed, in identifying opportunities to enhance client operations, policies, and procedures.
Advice on personnel actions, including performance improvement documentation, contemplated and final action documentation, compensation and classification changes, personnel transactions, and other related HR transactions.
Conducts general needs analyses and provides recommendations to management regarding opportunities for improvement; develops and delivers routine training, as needed.
Maintains knowledge of All in ONE Consulting policies, processes and resources, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Assists with projects to improve the quality of HR consulting services provided to clients.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Preferred Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from any accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, and public sector employment policies and procedures.
Ability to analyze complex data, define and solve problems.

SALES & MARKETING CONSULTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes marketing and sales information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations to present to client management.
Provides expertise while focusing on developing growth, marketing, and sales strategies for clients, and All in ONE Consulting.
Serves as a first point-of-contact for our clients regarding marketing concerns, needs and issues; evaluates situations, navigates, and directs clients to the various resources available; partners with Lead Consultant for specialty areas across the team to address client specific needs.
Support sales efforts through prospect research, lead generation, appointment setting, and managing assigned prospect/clients using customer-focused selling techniques.
Assist with research for proposals and special projects, as needed.
Generate reports for internal use and analysis by mining information from various sources including databases, CRM, and other tools.
Provide marketing support through the distribution of relevant marketing materials, representing All in ONE Consulting and events, act as a key liaison between clients and business.
Ensure ongoing integrity of account information in client lists and/or databases.
Coordinate client mailings and communications for team and individual initiatives.
Respond to external and internal queries.
Assist with preparing client presentations and proposals.
Maintains knowledge of All in ONE Consulting policies, processes and resources, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Minimum Job Requirements
Some college; or at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Possess outside sales experience.
Build strong business relationships with local business owners and decision makers.
Close new business.
Achieve monthly sales goals.
Develop overall marketing strategies for clients.
Prospect new businesses.
Possess interest in learning about various industries.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
